Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VMaxxx app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
VMaxxx provides voice analysis services, including but not limited to voice characteristic analysis, personalized feedback, and related features.
Subscription Terms
- The app offers subscription-based access to premium features
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company operates.
